Okay, it’s really no longer fashionable to write about this English minstrel because, well, everybody seems to be writing about him these days. He’s a total hype since he set foot in the new world.
And the good thing is, he’s totally worth the hype around his person.
Frank Turner is restoring faith in music everywhere! Not only are his lyrics honest and his style of singing heartfelt, but he’s proof that with hard work and respect, you can still be a success in today’s musical landscape.
“A success” will probably have a different meaning for different people. And I’m not sure that Frank Turner is a rich man. But if you get to travel the world to perform your music to thousands of people, making them feel good and giving them joy, then you’re a success in my book.
